The service
VATedge provides software that helps businesses identify and prepare foreign VAT reclaims. VATedge supports your VAT recovery workflow; it does not replace professional tax advice, and final responsibility for submitted claims rests with you.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You must have authority to upload and process the data you provide to the platform.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, upload unlawful content, or use it to violate the rights of others or applicable law.
Fees
VATedge works on a success basis: you pay only when a refund reaches your account, never in advance. Specific commercial terms are set out in your order or agreement with us.
Your data and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant VATedge the rights needed to process that data to deliver the service. VATedge retains all rights in the platform, software, and related intellectual property. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. VAT recovery outcomes depend on document quality, eligibility, deadlines, and the decisions of tax authorities, which are outside our control. We do not guarantee that any specific claim will be approved.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VATedge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising out of the service is limited as set out in your agreement with us.
Termination
Either party may end the engagement in accordance with the applicable agreement. On termination, we will handle your data in line with the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your separate agreement with us states otherwise.
